My initial enthusiasm for Profex Technik GmbH's work quickly turned to frustration. Initially, they were extremely friendly, dedicated, and professional. I was impressed by their service and their work ethic. Unfortunately, things changed drastically when problems arose and errors needed to be corrected. After noticing that the film was peeling off, I consulted a specialist who confirmed that the film had been improperly processed, which led to this issue. Despite several attempts to contact the company, my emails remained unanswered. In light of this disappointing experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend Profex Technik GmbH. It is unfortunate that the initial positive impression was marred by a lack of communication and insufficient work efficiency.
