I can personally highly recommend this company. The Wahlis have always been very helpful to me as a tenant and were always on-site within 15 minutes whenever the heating failed in the entire building and we had no hot water. Even when I have a plumbing problem, the Wahlis are always there immediately and extremely helpful.
Avoid this repairman if you have an oil boiler breakdown, as he was unable to find the problem after two hours of troubleshooting (he indicated a source of the problem that wasn't actually there). I had to call them again the next day (using a third-party repairman), resulting in two bills. Note that the third-party repairman, whom they had hired, immediately found the source of the problem.
This company should be avoided at all costs. They completely disregard deadlines. When the roof is removed, they don't hesitate to tell you that if you're not happy, you can find another contractor. Very bad experience.
