Here you can tell that cheesemaking is done with meticulous attention to detail. All the products are highly recommended, but the Zauberchäsli Bruschetta is my favorite. Fine herbs, garlic, and tomato flakes perfectly complement the young cheese, which already shows a hint of noble mold. It's spreadable at room temperature, just like a Gerberchäsli, but this one is made with 100% cheese, is phosphorus-free, and has a superior flavor. Perfect! 🤤
Small cheese dairy near Schwarzenburg! They exclusively use milk from local farmers... A small self-service shop with truly delicious and fresh specialty cheeses... you can even pay with TWINT... I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again, because it's really good!

The cheese is delicious, especially the Schwarzenburgerli. Unfortunately, we have to drive 400km to eat such cheese, but we'd gladly come again when we travel to Switzerland.
