Very unprofessional, cancelled a viewing as we had withdrawn, with apologies for the inconvenience, from a purchase a year earlier before paying a deposit to reserve the property. Owner phoned my wife at home saying he would make sure we had no viewings in Zürich and left her in tears. Be aware you might lose viewings due a vendetta by the owner.
