Horrible experience. I bought a present for my Sister in law but it never arrived. I have complained to the company. All they do is say they have received my message. I believe GLS left the package outside the house when they saw there was nobody home. And someone took it. They should be held responsible anyway. I have paid quite a lot of money and haven't received anything in return. I will surely not buy from them anymore.

When my husband and I were in Naples, Italy last month, we had a bad experience with our hotel. At first, we couldn't find it , so we went into the Swarovski store nearby, and the women of your store walked us to it. Then when we realized we could stay at the hotel we returned to your store and the same ladies arranged for a better hotel and called us a taxi. You have amazing employees who go above and beyond for people, even those who are not in the store to by something. Needless to say, while I wasn't a customer before, I am now. This company sends so many ads to my email address, that it borders on harrassment. I've tried blocking the ads through Google, but they just keep coming. Contacted Swaroski customer service in USA, and was told they could not do anything. I will never buy another Swarovski product, which is regretful, because they have a wonderful product.

The building is modern, high tech, very secure, bright, elegant, comfortable, huge, hygienic, clean, tidy and spacious which is good because they don’t just let anyone come into the building unless if you work or own this company. The staff is friendly, kind, knowledgeable, respectful, responsive, understanding, honest, helpful, attentive, informative, creative, professional and well mannered. The good luck kris bear is shiny, smooth, perfect for decorating the room, nice, heartwarming and brings smile to your face every time looking at it everyday. I order it on Amazon UK app from Unique Pieces seller for £51.67 on 17th September 2024 and arrived on 18th September 2024 but despite that I didn’t buy from Swarovski company directly but I can say this is the best Swarovski product that I ever bought on Amazon and I have no regrets owning best Swarovski figurine made this company. You should buy it from this company directly because they will give you the best product and service. I have not been in the building physically.
