I find the Pöschl Pueblo loyalty program unethical. Up until now, I received 5 packs of tobacco worth CHF 37.50 for 60 loyalty points. Now, without my consent, I've been sent a shoulder bag and a lighter, with a Temu order value of approximately CHF 3.50, with the explanation that they're no longer allowed to give tobacco as a reward. If anything, they should offer items of a similar value to the previous 5 packs of tobacco.
