I visited the Fust branch in Meilen this week. The staff there are incredibly friendly and service-oriented. It was a reminder to me to go to a physical store more often and get expert advice, instead of buying a product online and then struggling with the instructions.
Fantastic customer service. The very friendly Mr. Hade resolved a minor repair/damage within seconds, informally and free of charge. Such excellent service is rare these days, and it makes it all the more enjoyable!
A very slow and complicated process for repairing a stove knob. I had to call several different phone numbers, and no one could really help me. The appointment to inspect the stove cost CHF 100.
I ordered a washing machine in Meilen last Saturday, and it was delivered on Thursday. I'm absolutely thrilled! The sales associate adapted to my needs and showed me a top-loading machine that was just perfect for me. The team is perfectly coordinated, making the atmosphere in the store very pleasant.
