We have the trendy Kona cantilever chairs. They're very comfortable and of high quality. The only issue was that the frame legs weren't all the same height. After a phone call and a few days later, they were replaced without any problems, and we were also reminded of the care instructions. Excellent service! 5*****

We chose the Stueckholz Titlis 2 and are delighted with it every day. The lamp is truly high-quality and looks extremely elegant without being intrusive or dominant. The lighting modes (direct and/or indirect, dimmable) allow for the perfect light for every mood. Unfortunately, the touch sensor didn't work properly at first. After contacting Mr. Aeschlimann, the lamp was picked up from our home that same week and was back on the ceiling a week later! Such excellent customer service is sadly rare these days and is therefore all the more appreciated by us! Yes! We can absolutely recommend the Titlis 2 from Stueckholz! My Titlis 2 has been hanging for a week now. I can hardly imagine that I managed a year without a pendant light. The search and the patience were definitely worth it, though. A beautiful, high-quality, and simple product combined with sophisticated technology – and Swiss Made to boot! I'm absolutely thrilled.
We ordered a Säntis floor lamp, manufactured by Aeschlimann Handels GmbH, via Galaxus. Unfortunately, the lamp arrived damaged, which meant the LED module couldn't be installed and the screws for the base couldn't be properly tightened. Galaxus' standard service wasn't very helpful in such cases. However, Aeschlimann Handels GmbH promptly replaced the lamp, delivered it to our location, assembled it, and took away the defective one. Many thanks again for this excellent service!
Extremely friendly and helpful when needed. Plus, top-quality products that are also beautiful (we have a Titlis lamp that we highly recommend).
