The experience at Atelier Tilija was absolutely fantastic! Bülent took so much time to advise us and share his knowledge. The showroom alone is worth the trip, as everything is displayed with such care ✨ I had a specific chair in mind, but once there, I realized I'd prefer a different version. Bülent was incredibly responsive and offered me various customization options – that's excellent customer service! :) In the end, he even changed the casters on the office chair to fit my parquet floor. I'm so happy with my purchase, as it was truly a wonderful experience to acquire a luxury product while still paying a great price. I would gladly make the trip from Zurich to Meinisberg to visit Atelier Tilija again! 🥰 All the best to you!
