During our trip in Switzerland our car's battery died. We were trying to look for a place that would take and help us the same day (due to short time with a holiday the next day and travel plans). We called and could come the same day. We were helped by a guy who said his name was Jimmy. He was very kind, spoke well English (which was super nice for us since we dont speak German very well) and very helpful and thought along with us which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend:)
Agon could not have been more helpful. Helped have a bike recovered and got us sorted with a replacement tyre within hours. We eventually made our hotel later the same night. Tour would have ended if it hadn't been for these guys.
On our route to Switzerland from Strasbourg our car’s part of the below protected shield came off. They were able to assist us instantly on the day at a reasonable service price and fixed it. Spoke English. He also went out of his way to check engine oil, brakes etc just to be sure if everything else is ok as we were to drive in the mountains.
Very friendly and helpful. They corrected a critical electrical failure on your VW Van in less than 10 minutes! Thanks to their competent service we were able to continue our holiday.
This auto center is very quick wich I needed because we are here for two days only. I had a engine light problem, he analyses the problem with his laptop and fortunately it was not a big issue and we could drive further with our caravan.. thank you again for the quick service..
