Rude, unsatisfactory, and incompetent. After a serious car accident and several operations at the Insel Clinic, follow-up appointments at the Insel Clinic were necessary. Mr. Grossenbacher spent an hour with me, apparently didn't forward anything to the Insel Clinic, and then sent a bill a year later without any explanation. Absolutely negligent and seemingly only profit-oriented!

The best doctor I know. Thanks to Dr. Grossenbacher, my father was able to live for over 15 more years. One of the few doctors who prescribe medicine and not just any pills with 10,000 side effects.
