Not recommended for managing your own vacation rental! They simply clean carelessly and without attention to detail. Neither the property nor the guests receive any care. Unfortunately, they also fail to communicate proactively, for example, regarding defects or losses at the property. When you bring up problems or issues, you receive excuses and empty promises in response. This company might be suitable for construction cleaning or other self-contained and supervised projects. But not for independently managing rented vacation apartments.
