Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience at all with one of these stores... no response, poor service with one of my machines. When I returned the machine under warranty to have it serviced properly, I had to wait 1.5 years (!!!) before I could retrieve it. And if I hadn't contacted them, the machine would probably still be there. Unfortunately, the machine still isn't sewing as it should, and despite complaining by phone and the manager's confirmation that she would get back to me, I haven't heard anything to date. I really can't recommend this store. They don't respond to customers at all, complaints aren't taken seriously, and the work performed isn't satisfactory. However, they aren't aware of any fault and don't offer any solutions.
