A visit is a must to enjoy the excellent food and wine. The cozy atmosphere and incredible hospitality are second to none. It's wonderful to see that such gems of a restaurant still exist today.
We had a delightful evening at Graberweine in Messen. The atmosphere was wonderfully cozy, and we felt welcome from the very beginning. The food was excellent! The verjus sorbet as an intermezzo was a particularly refreshing and interesting flavor combination. The wines come from their own vineyard and are made on-site, which is quite unusual in this region. It doesn't get much more local than that! Depending on your table, you can even watch the food being prepared. Making a reservation via their website was very straightforward and worked perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Absolutely fantastic and so cozy and beautiful. The Graber family (Samuel, Annemarie, and Res) are such warm and wonderful hosts. The meal on Mother's Day was absolutely amazing. The wine is always so fantastic and unique. See you soon. Best wishes
