We purchased a panoramic window from this company for approximately CHF 7,500.00. The window was installed backwards by the company. Within the warranty period, we discovered delamination, which we reported promptly. We agreed to monitor the delamination for the time being. We kept the company informed that the delamination was worsening over the years. Finally, we informed the company that we wanted a replacement. The glass supplier, Glas Trösch, would have provided the replacement window free of charge. However, Ms. Baur showed absolutely no understanding. We felt compelled to intervene with the responsible arbitration board. Ms. Baur failed to appear at the arbitration hearing without excuse. Subsequently, we even received a letter from her lawyer. I consider such customer service highly questionable. We certainly cannot recommend this company.
