I needed to quickly order three beekeeping hats. Mr. Bacher explained the express delivery process, including pickup, to me over the phone. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding with the order, and the goods weren't left for pickup, which I only discovered by chance on my way there (I had traveled from the canton of Thurgau). Mr. Bacher then pulled out all the stops so that the goods could still be picked up as agreed. Regarding service and customer friendliness, 5 out of 5 stars!
