Great beer
On Monday, I placed the order and provided the restaurant's name, requesting delivery on Tuesday. However, nothing arrived by Wednesday. When I called to inquire, the person on the other end was very rude and spoke loudly, which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. We have been customers of yours for almost three years. Since I already provided the restaurant's name, it should be possible to access our previous orders and information in the system. Every restaurant has its own selection of wines that it works with – the name should be sufficient for identification. However, the employee in charge demanded that I provide the full restaurant name, customer number, and item numbers. Does your wine system really not have access to previous order records? If even customers who have been working with you for 10 or 20 years have to provide all their information again every time – what is the point of registration at all? It would be just as well to simply order by phone.
Brauerei Eichhof AG. It's a very good kind of beer. Especially the Bissiges Poly. A special beer. Eichhof is also the name of the village. The beer of the people of Lucerne. It's a very good idea to make an Advent calendar with beers. A few too many non-alcoholic beers. No big deal.
