From beginning to end, we were absolutely thrilled that Pascal accompanied us as our wedding photographer on this unique day. We had a pre-wedding photoshoot a few months beforehand, which gave us a lot of confidence and practice for the big day. We were also able to use these photos perfectly for our invitations. Communicating with Pascal was very straightforward and easy. We always received a quick response, and he also gave us some helpful tips for everything related to the wedding. We were more than satisfied with the final results; we had exactly the photos we had hoped for and many more. All the most important moments were photographed multiple times, and we also received many detailed shots that we loved, a wide variety of photos from the couple's portrait session, and some beautiful moments of the guests were captured. We had an incredible amount of fun during the photoshoots with Pascal. So, if you're looking for an easy-going, fun, and friendly wedding photographer who knows exactly what he's doing, then Pascal is the perfect choice!

We were extremely fortunate to have Pascal photograph our wedding. Even the preparations were very straightforward and relaxed, yet also very professional. He understood what we wanted, and we noticed that we had a great chemistry. Thanks to his many years of experience, he was able to support us not only with photography but also with a few valuable tips about the wedding. On the wedding day itself, he was very attentive, responsive to all our requests, and at the same time, stayed discreetly in the background – exactly what you would want from a photographer. We booked Pascal as our wedding photographer. The communication beforehand, the conversations, and the photography on the wedding day itself were pleasant. Unfortunately, the experience afterward was very disappointing. After eight weeks, we inquired about the status of the photos and received them the same day. We looked at the pictures with great anticipation. While the style of the photos perfectly matched our taste, many of the truly important moments were missing: the bridesmaids' entrance, the bride's giveaway, the congratulations, group photos with guests, the meal in the reception hall, and even the couple's portrait session—there were very few pictures. Instead, there were mostly photos of guests among themselves, as well as numerous detail shots and decorations. When we asked if there were more pictures of these special moments, we had a very unpleasant 40-minute phone call. During this call, we were accused of not appreciating the work enough. Instead of addressing our request, the focus was on demanding additional payment. For Pascal, the job was essentially over at that point. In the end, we did receive 31 additional photos at no extra cost. And these were exactly what we had hoped for from the start. It was all the more disappointing, then, that the final bill was still higher than originally agreed upon. We did not accept this additional charge, however, and paid the previously agreed-upon amount. Furthermore, we still have the feeling that there might be other suitable photos that were not made available to us. We were only offered the release of all the RAW files at a very high price, which we refused. All in all, despite some beautiful individual shots, we are left with a bitter aftertaste. Especially for a wedding, which is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, we would have expected significantly more professionalism, fairness, and transparent communication during the post-processing.
