I bought eight different Schüblig sausages. I didn't like a single one; too much smoky flavor. Maybe it's a matter of taste. When I asked why the Bassersdorf Schüblig wasn't black, the answer was that black sausage is forbidden. Either you have no clue, or the butcher in Bassersdorf is doing something illegal.
The boss himself speeds out onto the street in the company car, brakes at the last moment, and gestures to me with hasty hand signals, signaling that I'm stressed. In response to my phone complaint, the boss himself says he doesn't have a problem with it and isn't interested in it. Very rude and unprofessional. Especially if you're already driving a company car, you should behave accordingly.
The interior is bright, and everything looks clean. The selection is very extensive, and the blood sausages and liver sausages were delicious. However, the service could be a little less snippy, especially since the place was practically empty.

It was my first time in the shop. A paradise for meat lovers. Friendly staff, excellent quality meat. What more could you want? I'll definitely be back.
Unprofessional behavior and property damage by employees of the E. Bleicher butcher shop. In the Hinwil Center parking garage, a company vehicle belonging to the E. Bleicher butcher shop (a VW T6) was parked directly next to my car, even though there was plenty of space. As she got out, an employee's car door touched my side mirror. When I pointed this out, she told me I could call home and pointed to the company markings on her vehicle. She then left without taking any further action. This behavior resulted in damage to my side mirror. This dismissive and disinterested reaction, in addition to the damage itself, greatly angered me. I would not recommend this company.
