Something always goes wrong; either the measuring device has to be sent again because the service wasn't carried out correctly, or, as in this case, the measuring device arrives too late. And I specifically asked twice.
Good products on offer. Customer service in my case was inadequate; complaints were ignored, and no compromise was offered. My email went unanswered.
Service doesn't work, rude, intrusive communication with customers.
