Hello to the entire Longines family. The reason I'm making this comment is that you don't know how to make watches. Looking at other comments, your museum has received a lot of praise. I think it would be better for everyone if you were involved in museum management. Your fully automatic flagship watch, given to my father as a gift from his workplace, doesn't work. Your country distributor in Turkey hasn't responded to our request for a review. You are by far the worst watch manufacturer I've ever experienced.

Amazing Museum tour. I was planing to visit Longines since 1986 and finally happened today. I finally submitted my Longines watch for service and bracelet replacement. I can’t wait to get back.

The BEST WATCHMAKER WITH THE OUTMOST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would like to share my unforgettable experience with LONGINES factory in St. Imier, Switzerland! I personally left my watch in the Longines factory for full service 5 weeks ago and come back to again personally collect it just today! The quality of the service is exceptional and extremely exceeded my expectation! The customer service approach is very personal and to an extensive level of quality. Me and my wife had a private guided tour in factory museum and we ended up with delicious Longines chocolates and coffee later the same day. I was given my full serviced watch with a 2 year full warranty and it looks like I am just buying it from the VIP retailer. Not only the watch is again brand new but it also has got some complementary visual free genuine upgrades! New hands and crown are in place with a new alligator strap! Woow!WOOOW! I could hardly describe all the positive emotions I have been through this day but what I could clearly say: I own some other and more high profile Swiss watch brands but I have never experienced such a high level and outstanding customer service and personal approach as I experienced for the last 5 weeks! That company is extraordinary in the way it makes you feel! I felt like I am at the right place and at the right time with the most accurate and reliable watchmaker! A fantastic horological institution with the greatest history spanning over almost 200 years. A visit to the beautiful museum in Saint Imier is an absolute must. It is a hidden gem which deserves to be more widely known.

Fantastic museum of an excellent watchmaker. Tours only, so be sure to request a reservation beforehand. Very well curated and put together. A more intimate feel than the Patek museum. Our guide clearly enjoyed her job and enthusiastically walked us through the history of the brand. Excellent pieces on display. Highly recommended.
