Great agency from start to finish. I was a tenant for 1.5 years. Throughout the entire rental period, including after the end (deposit return), the entire team was friendly, accommodating, responsive, reliable, and professional.

This company is a complete disgrace, with absolutely no respect for its tenants. They rented us an apartment riddled with mold, hidden under a layer of paint. When we pointed out that the mold persisted despite daily ventilation, their only excuse was to accuse us of neglecting the apartment. From the very beginning, we've had one problem after another in this apartment. We've tried everything to resolve them: dozens of emails, phone calls, but NOTHING works. They systematically take several weeks to reply to emails, which prevents any quick solution. The result? No news for a long time. And even worse: as soon as we try to defend ourselves, they cut off the conversation. It's disrespectful and unacceptable.

Where to begin? - The team is charming until you sign. Once it's signed, there are 5 different email addresses. No contact. Just: - direction@ … - secretaria@… - courtage@ …. - gerance@…. But no real contact. You don't know who to talk to. Only the receptionist remains friendly and professional. I've sent emails. It's been almost 4 weeks and I'm still waiting for the technical manager to contact me!!!! I thought I was dealing with competent employees. But I get very little response from them. It's almost indifference. Yet the 15,360 CHF they receive from me every year are cashed every month!!! Maybe I should consider not paying my rent next month. Maybe then I'll have a chance of getting a manager on the phone!!! Anyway. I could write a book about everything that's wrong with them!! It's a shame I have to post such a negative review when I'm not asking for the moon!!! Disappointing! I absolutely do not recommend them.

Even before you are a tenant with them, you can already be confused to get money from you, the form for the rental application stipulates a mention in case of withdrawal you are charged 500 CHF after sending you the lease, however, the agency does not warn you in advance by mail or by telephone, and does not ask the opinion of the potential future tenant and sends you without your consent the lease for the rental, inevitably, with the mail received, it considers you as already interested, so either you accept, or pay you compensation for the withdrawal; even though you haven't even signed the contract, because the work done and sending some piece of paper is considered time spent doing this processing, they try to contact you to ask for information about the contract and if you have the misfortune to give a response as not interested, you are then told that you should pay the compensation. No mercy, they are monsters, they are only there for the money, run away, do not trust this agency, do not send a rental application unless you are sure and certain about the apartment to take, and even then it does not give confidence to be a tenant with them, at your own risk

The staff were absolutely lovely, but regarding the rentals, I didn't expect to be ripped off to this extent: mold damage to my furniture and clothes, and no compensation whatsoever from the owner or the agency – a disgrace!
