Absolutely impeccable service! I contacted him in the morning about a dishwasher problem, and he responded immediately, asking me to send videos via WhatsApp to make an initial diagnosis remotely. He then managed to come the same day, despite his busy schedule. Once there, he took the time to meticulously search for the leak, identified and repaired it, and then ran a cycle to check that everything was working correctly. Since he had spotted a possible issue with the electronic board in the videos, he had even brought a brand new dishwasher in his van. Luckily, because the cycle did indeed confirm an additional problem! Thanks to his foresight, we were able to resolve the entire situation in a single visit and have a brand new, fully functional dishwasher the very same day! Professional, efficient, friendly, and truly solution-oriented: a real relief and a pleasure to find someone so competent. I highly recommend him.
