Excellent doctor. He takes everything you say seriously and refers you to specialists, etc. His assistants are also fantastic. They can even find appointments at short notice if it's urgent. I've been a patient of his for two years. Thank you.
I would absolutely not recommend this. My appointment was at 3:00 PM today, and I waited in the waiting area for over two hours. The doctor then called me around 5:30 PM and only spoke with me for seven minutes. I wasted my time on just seven minutes of consultation. Please organize your time management instead of wasting your patients' time!
The most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. He didn't listen to me at all and talked almost the entire time. I went to him because of sleep problems. As a result, he misunderstood me and factually misquoted me in the report for my employer and the authorities. This could have jeopardized my career. I received absolutely no help and was sent on an expensive diagnostic odyssey. The worst part, however, is that he waited until just before the five-year statutory deadline to send the bill to my health insurance company. CHF 750.00 for less than an hour of consultation. He didn't even bother to send me a copy of the bill. I can only recommend finding a different family doctor.
