Need frustration? Choose Momax. It all started at the end of January. I went to Momax to buy a simple cabinet—just needed something with specific dimensions. It was marked “ready for pickup.” At the counter, surprise: it’s not. I was told to wait 2–3 days. Days turned into weeks. Nothing happened. Only after a negative review did they suddenly "find" it. I go back, pick it up, bring it home, start assembling… and halfway through, I realize it’s the wrong size. Too big. So I disassemble the whole thing, pack it back up, and now it’s just sitting in storage waiting to be exchanged. Then I’m told to wait two more weeks for the correct item. No updates, no follow-up. And now it’s April 19. I finally get an email that it’s ready. I load the wrong one again, drive there—only to be told it’s in the central warehouse and I have to wait another two weeks. The level of disorganization and carelessness is unreal. After talking to a few insiders, turns out this kind of mess is normal at Momax. If anyone’s interested, I can share order numbers, emails, messages—whatever. Avoid Momax unless you enjoy endless delays, confusion, and zero responsibility.

Would put zero stars if possible. Service is horrible, they are liars and sell faulty products. Do not go to this shop. We had only very bad experiences, we will not go ever again.

Lots of variation, u can get there easily also by train. Made a big shopping for my appartment there. Dont forget to ask for the mömax credit card so u can pay monthly. Staff will help u for sure
