Quality and delivery are good and correct, but customer service and accounting are unfortunately not. You're not informed about the different types of invoices available. If you order frequently, you constantly receive an invoice (the option of consolidated or monthly billing was never explained or offered), and then you keep getting payment reminders and have to deal with the hassle, even though you generate six-figure revenue. What a shame! If you had checked your system, you should have been able to find me. Apparently, you didn't...
