Supercool place for kids! The spaces are very clean. Various interesting games for different ages. The staff members are friendly and nice. Pleasant background music at soft volume (very grateful for that!). Ventilation works well. Arrive early to avoid crowd. Take antislip socks.
Nice cleane and tidy place to play climb and stay in the warm and dry place especially when it ua dark and rainy outside.
The KidsArena Superdome in Morschach is a fantastic spot for kids! There’s a wide variety of activities, from climbing frames to soft play areas, that kept my children entertained for hours. The facilities are clean and safe, and the staff are friendly and attentive. However, the coffee area for parents could use some improvement. The seating isn’t the most comfortable, and the selection of refreshments could be expanded to make the experience more enjoyable for adults. Overall, it’s a great place for a family outing, and we’ll definitely be back. Just hoping for a better coffee experience next time!
Quite an aggressive business model for such a place. Kids below 12 are not allowed inside alone. Each adult is forced to pay CHF 9 to enter and have the right to whatch their kid (but is not allowed to use the installations for that price). This is not a product that you buy, it's rather a forced tax... or even seen as blackmail (from discussion with other parents) Message to the CEO: Pascal Waser. If you want to stimulate recurring customers (+recommendation to friends, which is essential for exponential referals), the chosen business/marketing model is likely to backfire and frustrate customers. As you enter the Dome, the only thing you hear customers talking about is their feeling to have been ripped off. Seriously, I witnessed it for 2 days. I invite you to come down and see for yourself and talk to a few customers. Market feedback is king🤴. What did I get for CHF9 ? The right to watch my kids, buy coffee in a paper cup for CHF 5.50 😱 and no right to eat in the area. My user experience: not happy and frustrated as a "forced" customer. Imagine you come as a couple, or with an additional grand mother. Either, only one enters and pays CHF 9, and they are both separated. Or all adults pay and are angry. Please, I beg you to reconsider your business model. You'll get better reviews and make more revenue eventually, in my opinion. Idea for upsale: Put a bar inside for parents to have fun. Sell ice cream. If you manage to make adults happy to be there, they will consume willingly and stay longer. Other similar places often combine welcome desk with bar and coffee + small food, ice cream, etc, so you don't increase your fixed costs and FTE. Sorry for the 1 star review, the place is great and has potential, but the tax to watch your own kids is so hurting and feels very unfair on a moral basis. It needs to feel more like a family owned business in MHO, even if they are shareholders behind looking for ROI. Best regards (room 210). PS: also the food at Panaroma could be improved. Otherwise, the place, hotel and pool are clean and great, friendly welcome. Congratulations to the whole staff 😉. Our kids love it, we've been here twice already!
Great for kids, but pricy. You would need anti-slip socks there, but you can buy them at the cash desk.
We loved this place, super clean with kind staff. A step above many other indoor playgrounds.
