We were customers of Freiämter-Storen for 20 years, and the work was always done reliably. However, when a payment reminder arrived during the summer holidays, I really had to ask why. I must say that as a customer, I always paid all invoices within 10-20 days. If I don't receive an invoice, I can't pay it, which is perfectly normal! Therefore, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the company in writing via email, but unfortunately, I never received an apology or any explanation. I regret this very much, but it clearly shows that "long-term customers aren't king, only new clients are." In my opinion, the company has grown too large over the years, and unfortunately, they've neglected their core business. Loyal customers are the ones who will continue to pay the company for years to come. This is simply forgotten amidst their ever-increasing production. It's a shame, but unfortunately, it's the reality! 1. One week before the summer holidays, I received an order to repair the DEF. Store. ``` 2. 1 hour of labor was billed instead of 15 minutes. (This resulted in the blind being jammed.) As a long-time customer, I contacted Freiämter-Storen by email. However, I never received a response. I find this extremely regrettable, as it is, in my opinion, highly unprofessional. I had other projects planned as well. Because I never received a response, I commissioned another blind company in Freiamt to complete the work. I am incredibly disappointed with this company. This is how a long-standing customer relationship ends! Now it's November 2025, and I still haven't received a response... simply put, never again, and I am extremely disappointed with this company!

We are very satisfied with the service provided by Freiämter Storen. The quality of the blinds and insect screens they use is high. We recently needed a sliding insect screen door repaired. Our order was completed on time. The company's employees were friendly and accommodating, and the price for the repair was fair. The door is now working perfectly again. We can therefore wholeheartedly recommend Freiämter Storen.

Unfortunately, I can't speak to the quality or expertise, but I can speak to the reliability and customer service. I asked for a quote and an on-site consultation, but no one showed up at the agreed time. When I inquired again, they told me someone had been there, but no one answered the phone. I was there and didn't receive a call, but whatever, I scheduled another appointment in three weeks. Of course, as expected, no one showed up again. Apparently, things are going better for many customers, so you don't have to rely on every order...

Nothing but trouble. The installation was delayed, they didn't have all the parts, and the paving stones were damaged. When the electric drive broke down, they couldn't/wouldn't send a technician, claiming they were all off for the weekend. When we asked, they told us they couldn't help. The fabric got so dirty that it needed replacing. Storms were forecast for the weekend. Afterwards, they claimed they would have come to help if we had asked. Only after threatening legal action did they finally replace the fabric. We're fed up!
