I forgot to leave a review about the amazing service this company provided to me 2 months ago. As I am a foreigner and I have been in Switzerland for a little over three months now, I had difficulties renting a long-term apartment in Switzerland. But Nadine Vonlanthen helped me with absolutely everything, she is very professional and the quality of the service she provided was top notch. I was very happy when I got the call that our dream rental was confirmed. Now my husband and I and our cats live in a comfortable, cozy apartment. I will recommend this company to everyone!

We had already been warned by several friends that AS Immobilien is a rather unprofessional property management company. Unfortunately, we can now confirm this impression; they have some very strange business practices. Although I contacted AS Immobilien by email the evening they posted the listing online, nothing worked. No one responded to my email. When calling the listed number, I was always transferred (there's no direct number; apparently, that would be too efficient). The person I spoke to had already left for the day, and they offered to call me back. But they never did, so I contacted them again a few days later. This time, the person in charge told me to check with the current tenant (which the first person on the phone could have easily said). However, the tenant was away on vacation for two weeks at that time (huh? Don't you check beforehand?) and promised to call me back to arrange a viewing. I never received a call, not even from AS Immobilien. When we started looking again, we were told the apartment had already been let. The whole thing took a month, and we had to contact them ourselves at least four times. Sorry for my language, but this is a real mess!!

An absolute disaster. We went to view a commercial space, and after a month of endless excuses about why the responsible person wasn't available, and countless requests for documents we'd already submitted, we finally got a call to the company and were told the person was already off for the weekend. We insisted that we'd been waiting for over a month and needed a response. We were then called back and told that our application couldn't be considered and that we'd find out why by email on Monday. Of course, that email never arrived! I would strongly advise management to fire such staff. This can only be detrimental to the business. This management company will never be an option for me again.

This is not what customer interest looks like. We wanted to view a property that had piqued our interest. Since the viewing was scheduled for a Friday afternoon and we were unavailable due to work, an alternative appointment was offered for the following Friday afternoon. As that day was also fully booked with our own appointments, we requested a different viewing time. The response was astonishing for a company that claims to be customer-oriented. "We cannot offer an alternative date, and the property would certainly attract enough interested parties on both dates, so there's a high probability that the property will be sold after those dates." I think there's significant room for improvement in customer management here. Even if there's no genuine interest in the customer, I would recommend a different method of communication.
