It couldn't be faster. After placing the order, our spool mixer was replaced immediately at the travel agency, on the same day. We didn't expect the work to be done so quickly. We live in a new building and have had problems with the heating system ever since, which also affects all of our neighbors. Unfortunately, the company has shown no interest in finding a solution since today. Based on my own experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this company.
Very disappointed. Due to an error, I ordered the wrong toilet seat from Aeschbacher HJ AG. Unfortunately, incorrectly ordered toilet seats (unused and in their original packaging!) cannot be returned. Not exactly great customer service. Shipping wasn't exactly fast either.
I must say best company 10/10
