Tina is an expert, a passionate food and spice educator, and above all a kind person who not only teaches you about spices but also shares her passion for them. We spent a few hours in her beautiful atelier, surrounded by dramatic Walensee views, and learned not only about spices but also how to experience them - through our taste buds, noses, and touch. Her workshops are the perfect blend of learning and hands-on experience. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to cook better, deepen their understanding of spices, or simply spend a day away from the daily grind. A very interesting course where I was able to make my own spice blend. I'm still surprised at how good it tastes in sauces. Tina has a vast knowledge of spices and conveys it to the participants in a very engaging way. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys cooking.
