Basically, scamming people for their own profit. WE LOST 32’000 Fr. because of 360 Consulting. Please read the whole review to understand what we went through. My wife heard about ‘’Dritte Säule’’ from her colleges which people were able collect money in an account and save some money from yearly Tax payments. We were interested because me and my wife set a goal to purchase a house in 3-4 years at the beginning of 2019 and saving money from tax payments were attractive at the time. Andy Diallo (at the time was an employee of this company) contacted us about the 3. Säule. As a young couple who did not know anything about 3. Säule, he gave us information about how it works and he advised paying maximum amount possible. Basically, this is where 360 Consulting lied about the whole thing and we did not do our own research (This was our biggest mistake with this experience). 360 Consulting made it sound like this was a plan just like ‘’Pensionskasse’’ where you collect money and you are able to pull everything out when you decide to buy a house. At the same time while you are putting money inside, you are also saving yearly Tax Payments which sounded amazing at the time since we were going to save cash money in our bank account anyways, so why not save some Tax as well right? It didn't go as well as we thought. 360 Consulting knew exactly what was our goal (Buying a house). We were going to need all the savings in this account. We were completely falsely advised which plan we should choose. If they ever mentioned that we were paying first 2-3 years just for the fees of the plan to the responsible company (Helvetia Garantieplan), which was around 15-20,000 Fr., we would have never even started this plan and just save the money in our Bank Account. We have asked several times at the time of the signature phase and also 3-6 months later after the agreement. 360 Consulting always responded with the confirmation of us being able to get the money back when we find a house which we have email and voice recording proofs of these. Another sign of the scam was which we have realized after we found out about something called ‘’Rückkaufswert’’ which tells you how much money you are receiving at which year. At the time of realisation, we have paid already around 44,000 Fr. To this plan and when we looked at what we have signed at the first day. There was never a paper which shows Rückkaufswert numbers and when the Helvetia send us the original copy of the Agreement, we saw that paper the first time and shocked. The papers we have received and signed the first day was only first 3 pages of the agreement and there was total of 6 pages in the agreement but they printed out only 3 papers which shows also at the top right side of the papers as 1 of 6, 2 of 6 and 3 of 6 but we have never seen 4-5 and 6 of 6 papers. Also, 360 Consulting has never sent us a copy of the agreement via email (funny thing is that in the AGB, it says that company does not even have to send you a copy of the agreement after the sign). 360 Consulting also set up the plan as 15-20% of the money paid in the plan would be invested in the stocks which also shocked us because they knew that we needed all of the cash and we did not have any place for a risk such as investing part of the money. After the first time learning about the Rückkaufswert (at this point, we have been paying at the max. amount 2 people for almost 4 years) we found out that we were only able to receive 11,000 Fr. WE LOST 32,000 Fr.!! 360 Consulting did not take any responsibility for their actions. They claimed that Mr. Diallo left the company and they would not have done the same advice as he did. They are still trusted partners with Mr.Diallo’s Company DLO &Partners which is mentioned on their website. 360 Consulting refused to compensate for the damages they have caused with their false advising just to make their own profit. We were actually not alone. Beobachter wrote an article about other people being scammed by 360 Consulting as well.
