Warning! The worst experience of my life with a moving company 1. Paid €900 in cash – without a receipt On moving day, I paid €900 in cash. I didn't receive a receipt, even though I explicitly requested one. This is completely unprofessional and suspicious. ⸻ 2. Unannounced home visit & renewed cash demand An employee later appeared unannounced at my front door, demanded another €460 in cash, and got much too close to me. He again refused to issue a receipt and wouldn't leave immediately. No one who operates professionally behaves like this. ⸻ 3. Threats & intimidation The employee threatened me: • with the police, • with further visits, • and exerted massive pressure to pay immediately in cash. My wife and children were frightened because he was aggressively standing at our front door. ⸻ 4. Demand for a tip + comments about my income During the move, I was pressured to tip. They even commented that I "earn a good living" and therefore had to give more. This isn't customer-oriented; it's rude. ⸻ 5. Excessive working hours & incomplete work The move took approximately 5-10 minutes. Despite this: • 5 hours were billed, • workers often stood around, • only 2 trips were made, • not everything was even moved. To charge 900 for this service and then demand more money later is outrageous. ⸻ 6. Strong suspicion of undeclared work The company's behavior seems very unprofessional: • cash payment was demanded, • no receipts, • no invoices, • aggressive cash demands at the door. This type of business practice strongly suggests the existence of undeclared work. ☐ 7. Victim-blaming: Lying to the police When I calmly explained that I would have their conduct legally reviewed, the employee tried to press charges against me, fabricating outright lies: • I allegedly threatened him with a knife (never happened). • I supposedly said I was from the "Mafia" (absurd and completely fabricated). This is a classic attempt to cover up their own misconduct. ☐ 8. Accusation to the police that I wrote the previous 1-star review The employee also claimed to the police that I had written a previous 1-star review about the company. This is untrue. And this clearly shows: Other customers have obviously had bad experiences with this company as well. However, the company is trying to blame even these independent reviews on others. This speaks volumes about their reliability. The fact that they prefer to blame others rather than take responsibility fits perfectly with their overall behavior. ⸻ Conclusion: Stay away from this company • No receipts • Pressured cash demands • Unannounced home visits • Threats • Unprofessional behavior • Incomplete work • False accusations to the police • Suspicion of undeclared work • Attempt to blame others for negative reviews I strongly advise everyone against hiring this company.

Super uncomplicated, reliable, friendly, helpful, and efficient. I can highly recommend Mamapower!! Moving is always stressful, but Mojadidi and Faton were incredibly kind and helpful. I really couldn't have imagined it being any better… (They even disassembled and reassembled an IKEA wardrobe for me, like new!)
