I don't usually write reviews, but in this case, I wanted to share my positive experience, as we've rarely received such excellent advice from a travel agency. Mr. Wittwer took the time to understand our travel needs from the very beginning. With his experience and recommendations, we were able to put together a perfectly tailored itinerary that made our trip truly unforgettable. We found his assistance in selecting excursions and activities particularly helpful. His friendly and professional manner made the consultation very pleasant, and we always felt well taken care of. The service exceeded our expectations, and we can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Wittwer and his advice. We will certainly contact him again for our next trips. Unfortunately, the travel agency didn't feel it necessary to respond to my inquiry. They didn't respond to my inquiry a second or third time! When I then complained (by responding to a newsletter), the manager himself contacted me and apologized – which was very nice. He then promised us a small gift as an apology – which we still haven't received! Okay... we booked our two trips elsewhere.
I flew to Olbia with Belpmoos Reisen. The communication was very friendly and straightforward. I had a great flight and a fantastic rental car! Booking the hotel also went smoothly. Thank you, I'd gladly book with them again!
