Great shop, fantastic atmosphere, everything clean and tidy. Mr. Kozel's advice was incredibly competent.
I bought two different devices: a really good air fryer, which broke down after two weeks, and then a controller for my PS5 which was perfect.
The return was accepted "as an exception" because it was perfectly packaged. Both should be standard practice: the customer packaging the item and the store accepting the return. It was a shame that the customer support during the purchase (of the Wi-Fi transmitter) didn't go beyond what was stated on the packaging.
Replacing PC, printer, keyboard, mouse, CD drive... Thank you, Ms. Caputo, for the very competent and friendly advice! Thank you also for the telephone support; everything is working as expected.
I would prefer to give this zero stars. We are very disappointed and will be buying from other retailers in the future. We bought a Kenwood food processor online two weeks ago, and I picked it up from the store afterward. Our excitement was short-lived, as the machine wouldn't work at home. Despite trying different outlets and repeatedly reading the instruction manual and watching YouTube videos, nothing worked. Since the store was already closed, I contacted them the following morning. After several calls, someone finally answered. The machine, along with all accessories, had to be brought to the store and sent in for repair. The repair would take approximately four weeks. This is unacceptable for a new machine, and we didn't want to wait any longer. After all, you save up for a food processor like this, and then you want to be able to use it. We called Kenwood directly, and they also disagreed with this procedure but couldn't help us because they weren't the ones who made the purchase. Therefore, we had to settle the matter with Interdiscount. ... We therefore went to Heimberg, as they had the same machine in stock. We were briefly disappointed because returning the online purchase was very complicated. They didn't offer a direct replacement; we had to buy a new machine on-site. We were told the online purchase would be refunded directly via Twint, and that this would take about a week. As I said, it's already been two weeks and there's no sign of the money. Even after contacting Interdiscount directly, I was told it was being processed. How long on earth do you have to wait for your money these days?! Why wasn't a direct exchange possible?! We are very dissatisfied with the customer service. Unfortunately, this review doesn't do much good. While they responded promptly to my review, the emails are apparently simply ignored afterward.
