I contacted to Css and also the agency many times, but they haven't solved anything. what I need is really simple, to see everything in Portal. there is client portal and I am supposed to see all the invoices, bills and policies on that portal. then I can manage my documents. Now I can't see which invoices I paid which I didn't. I am calling them and they say yes you paid all and after a week they send a reminder. it is crazy, many times I asked for passwords for my family members but they didn't give. they said that I would see all family in my portal in June, it is June and now they sent a reminder and I can't see this reminder anywhere. just put it on portal or give me password to check how much I paid and is there any other open invoice.

My bonuses were simply increased. When I inquired, they told me I had already signed and then sent me this "signed" document. My signature was forged. Bills keep arriving, and no one has been able to help me for months. They promise to stop the billing until the matter is resolved, but nothing they say ever happens.
