The new virtual advisor is useless. I called three times, and after speaking clearly—once in Swiss German, once in standard German—there was just two whole minutes of absolute silence each time, and then the call hung up. I had to go to the branch! Luckily, the in-person advisors at the Münsingen branch are incredibly helpful and friendly.
