I am very satisfied with the electricity service provided by EBS. The only drawback is the high rise in costs in the last year; especially because this year is very rainy and hydropower should be cheaper, and not the other way.
I was a supplier to EBS for many years. The quality of the installed network is far above the Swiss average. The ability to restart the network with their own power plants in the event of a major outage provides end consumers with exceptional network reliability. The power plants themselves are also in above-average condition.
