Hello, I've taken several cars to this garage. They always said this needed to be done, and that too. From the turbocharger to the steering unit to the ABS... Expensive repairs, always a bill for several thousand francs. I had a Golf Mk5, which, according to the garage, had so many defects that it was only good for export. As I learned, the car was now being sold for 6,000 euros. The Schnüringer and Sons garage only offered me 1,800 Swiss francs for an alleged engine failure. When I asked for an affordable, working, and reliable car in my desperate need to get to work, as I need to be mobile, I was offered a 15-year-old Ford Fiesta with a few defects, such as the lighting system, paint damage, etc. The short version of the whole story: I still had to pay almost 2,000 francs for this car because my emergency situation was exploited. I think it's a shame that trust and good faith are being exploited so shamelessly.
