Went to rent a bike, had to pay in advance the day and after test it outside to see if it is ok. It was too big so after a trial round outside i took it back but on’y got half my money back. Excuse was they had to clean it! Unacceptable behavior, never go rent or prepay anything there!!

Went down the sledding track with my 5 year old, the sled broke after going over a bump, which was a bit of a hazard to have a sharp piece of wood sticking out, returned broken sled and was told I need to pay 150CHF. A bit weird that one has to pay for their faulty hazardous product, but hey, those are the terms and conditions. I was expecting an apology as our sledding experience was ruined, but no, they prefer to rip people off in the most ridiculous fashion. Rude staff with no common sense doesn’t help matters. Highly recommend to rent elsewhere.
