Liars!!!! After applying for an apartment, the application was accidentally left on the desk of a colleague who was on vacation, or so I was told on the phone. When I requested written confirmation, suddenly something completely different came up. They claimed other applicants had gotten the apartment, etc. This company is clearly very poorly organized. Their answering machines are still set to the same messages as last year's vacation, which is always handy for seeing how often and for how long these real estate agents are on holiday.

Unfortunately, the email addresses provided don't work, so I couldn't submit my request in writing. Several phone attempts only ended up on the answering machine, and despite leaving a message, I haven't received a response to date (over a week ago). For an escrow center, this level of service and customer support are simply inadequate. Communication and accessibility should be a given here... unfortunately, that's exactly not the case. I'm extremely disappointed and cannot recommend working with this provider.
