We worked with Schöneberger Informatik AG for over three years, giving them extensive insight into our entire IT and company structure. After changing our IT partner, discrepancies arose regarding an invoice, which, in our view, were neither comprehensible nor justified. Our goal was to resolve the matter objectively. Unfortunately, the company was unwilling to discuss it. Instead, all of our Microsoft accounts were blocked. This is a course of action we have never experienced before and which we consider highly unprofessional – especially towards a long-standing customer. Even during the handover to our new IT service provider, the company behaved completely uncooperatively. This review serves as a warning: Anyone working with Schöneberger Informatik should scrutinize contracts extremely carefully, especially regarding: • Ownership and control of Microsoft tenants and accounts • Access rights in case of conflict • Dependencies on the service provider Our experience unfortunately shows that things can become critical as soon as disagreements arise. It's a shame, because trust is everything in IT – and that's exactly what was lost here.
