I had an emergency on a Saturday morning (internet, hot water, and heating failed) and was looking for an electrician on duty. Not easy! Elektro Jordi took the call and guided me step-by-step through the diagnosis... The problem was solved. Thank you very much for your kind and accommodating help.
I had to call an electrician to activate my Swisscom box. I contacted Mr. Ramstein the evening before, and everything was completed to my satisfaction the next day!
