Every year, chocolate manufacturers import 100,000 tons of milk powder from abroad, but when asked (NZZ), no company admitted to using it in their chocolate. Some even claim to use exclusively Swiss milk. From the perspective of both producers and consumers, there is a complete lack of transparency, which I find unacceptable! Purchased a 2 x 60g Toblerone Double Chocolate Mousse pack in a French hypermarket for €3.29. Good = ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️; Nothing exceptional, especially for a mousse that isn't really mousse at all.
