Everything was fine until they moved away. Allotted funds were cut. Bills were simply not paid, even though deductions had been made for them. The workers have no decision-making power and have to ask the town council for everything. More time is spent looking for ways to reduce their pay than on finding ways to help people in the long term. You feel inferior and like an outcast.
Staff treat residents with extreme condescension and abandon them in dire straits through no fault of their own. In times of need, residents are declared persona non grata. Cantonal regulations are disregarded in this municipality, from the town council to the last employee in the town hall. Fahrwangen is a place where moving is strongly discouraged. 1 grocery store, 1 pharmacy No bank or ATM, post office, etc.
Bills are either not paid at all or are returned unpaid despite an obligation to pay. This should not happen! It unintentionally and negligently increases the debt burden of those seeking help.
