We bought a Mini Clubman from Auto Baltagi and had a great experience! Mr. Baltagi was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The car was in excellent condition, the MFK was recently done, and he even changed the oil for us. We could also buy a warranty. Everything went smoothly, quick and efficient when we arrived. Now, 2 months later, everything works perfectly and we’re really happy with the car. Mr. Baltagi stayed helpful and responsive even after the sale. Highly recommend!

!!! BECARFUL BEFORE SIGNING THE CONTRACT !!! I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this car dealer and feel compelled to share my feedback. Unfortunately, my interactions with the seller were marked by consistent dishonesty and a lack of professionalism. From the outset, the seller provided inconsistent information, offering explanations that were often nonsensical and changing his narrative frequently. One particularly troubling incident involved a sudden alteration of the agreed-upon price in the contract, both for my trade-in and the car I was purchasing. When I politely requested corrections, he insisted on the modified values, leading me to consider canceling the deal. Surprisingly, four days later, the seller apologized and invited me to proceed with the purchase. I went ahead with the car purchase after the necessary corrections were made to the contract. Upon delivery, I noticed the missing vignette on the car, and additionally, the promised warranty was not provided as specified in the contract. When questioned, the seller denied ever discussing the vignette and assured me the warranty details would arrive via email. After a prolonged wait, I had to follow up to receive the warranty information. To add to the frustration, one of the car keys was not programmed, and the seller refused to cover the CHF 100 cost. This kind of inconsistency and disregard for agreements is unacceptable. My overall experience was marred by unprofessionalism, constant changes, and a lack of integrity. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers.

I was scammed with the car I bought, and then they wouldn't even answer the phone. I don't advise anyone to buy cars from this dealership. I'm going to change cars, but I'm not even thinking about buying from this dealership. I bought the vehicle and went to pick it up because I live in St. Moritz. On the highway, it made a strange noise, and a few days later I went to the garage and the 4x4 was broken. I called the dealership, and they said they gave me a warranty and that I should call them, and that it wasn't their problem. I called the warranty company, and they told me that the warranty didn't cover that problem. I had to get it repaired and spent 5000 CFOs, and the nice guy never answered the phone again 😔
