It is a joke company, not competent and not organised at all. They even try to take a right of yours provided by the law. And if you are a long term tenant don’t try it with them especially if you can not speak good deutsch, they will try to take advantage of it. I asked them even to cancel my contract because am leaving to another country and by the way article 66 gives me right for that and they are too stubborn to do that. The apartment they rent me have mold in Hinterdorfstrasse 72.

I applied for an apartment, and they requested a copy of my ID beforehand, even before confirming the apartment. I never received a reply to my email asking if I would get the apartment and requesting the ID copy. An ID copy is only requested after you've been offered an apartment, unless you're simply gathering information.
