NOT RECOMMENDED! Service is OK, but not great. However, waiting time for a free slot is simply unacceptable. They require at least 1-2 weeks waiting time. There was no single case solved within reasonable timing. e.g. Fridge replacement took them 3 weeks, washing machine - 2.5 week.

I'm extremely pleased with this service. The entire process, from beginning to end, was pleasant. The customer service representative quickly addressed all my concerns regarding the appointment, and the technician who came to fix the stove in my apartment was very polite, professional, and resolved the issue swiftly. The stove is now working perfectly. I highly recommend this service if you're in need.
We had an appointment today, and I was waiting from 12-16. When I called them, in the end, they said that there was a misunderstanding and the new oven hadn’t even been delivered to them. Complete negligence. How is this possible? This company should be disbanded, and the CEO fired! Shame on the owner of this company!
Excellent work and friendly! Our new refrigerator with R600a keeps now at the right temperature all ingredients needed for making a great food or delicious deserts. Ice time :)
