I had to come by twice to have measurements taken because the clerk supposedly misplaced them 🤨 The quote never arrived, even after two inquiries!! 🤨 So we hired someone from outside the canton, they took the measurements, gave us the quote – we approved it – and they manufactured and installed the staircase, all within two weeks. …
