I wanted to buy an office chair that was supposedly in stock. Instead, I had to wait over a month, only to be put off again. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

A very bad experience at JYSK Netstal. We waited over an hour for advice, then another 45 minutes for the mattress. When we went to pay, we were charged twice simply because we wanted a carrier bag. The cashier even accused us of making a mistake. Now we're supposed to go to the bank ourselves and get the necessary documents. Completely unnecessary hassle and not a customer-friendly solution at all.

I was very dissatisfied with the consultation I received. The employee was unfriendly, impatient, and showed little interest in helping me. That's not what I'd call good customer service.
